A statue appeared on 29th April 2026 at Waterloo Place, London.
The statue depicts someone in a suit carrying a flag, with the flag covering their face as they blindly step off the plinth.
The plinth carries a Banksy signature at the bottom and was verified by Banksy in a video on his Instagram account on 30th April 2026.
