This looks a bit like an Elephant

Text added to the side of a tank on a hillside, overlooking the Pacific Coast Highway between Santa Monica and Malibu

The story goes that there was a homeless person living in the tank, who had built an entire home in there with bed, sofa and electricity from a generator. After Banksy painted it, it was bought from LA City to then be acquired by an LA media design firm. When Banksy found out, he helped to get the homeless man an apartment and pay the bills for a year.
