Always Fail' Royal Mail Rat

One of the longest surviving Banksy rats in London. This is close to the Mount Pleasant mail centre and apparently "Always Fail" is another name for "Royal Mail".

The placard was tagged over with Team Robbo and there have been more tags added since.
